Heather's Raspberry Lemonade - Super Easy

SUPER EASY SUMMER DELIGHT!

1 can minute made raspberry lemonade frozen concentrate

6-10 fresh mint leaves

7 or so cut strawberries

1 can water... Put everything in a blender & blend.

Then line a large Ziploc bag with another so it's doubled up in case the bag breaks. Transfer the mixture from the blender and add two additional cans of water. Put in freezer. You can pull it out every couple of hours and squish it OR let it freeze solid. If solid pound it out into chunks. Spoon into cups and pour ginger ale over the top.
