In 1985 I moved to Las Vegas and eventually got re-licensed in Nevada in 1999. I am familiar with the Las Vegas market. I have obtained my Certified Residential Specialist designation (only 4% of all Realtors in the country have met the educational and production requirements to be called a "Certified Specialist"). I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) as well as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I have an Associates Degree from College of Southern Nevada. I work short sales, bank repos and re-sale properties as well as new home construction, vacation home sales, military family relocation, general relocation and I serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Green Valley. I love to fish the Colorado River with my Dad whenever my schedule permits.
